How do I make a payment?
You can pay online Pay Now, over the phone, or you can set up auto pay.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all Credit and Debit Cards.
How much is a unit of storage?
Storage unit pricing varies depending on size, location, and features like climate control or 24-hour access. Please contact your nearest TrueSafe Storage location for specific pricing information.
What is the process for renting a storage unit?
The process is simple!
1. Visit our website and click Rent Storage to view all available storage units. Select your unit size and click Rent. You'll be prompted to provide your personal and payment information.
2. Once your payment has been processed, you'll be able to access your unit immediately.
3. You can also call us at (770) 773-3627 to rent over the phone. Our team is always happy to help!
Do I need to sign a long-term lease?
No, we only rent on a month-to-month basis.
What do I do when I no longer need the storage unit?
We require a 10-day written notice, in the form of email, for documentation. Please send an email to support@truesafestorage.com including your unit number, intended date of move out, and pictures of the empty unit to expedite the move out process.
Do I need insurance or protection on my belongings?
Yes, we require protection for your contents. Our insurance doesn’t cover the contents of your storage unit, so we do require some type of coverage on your belongings. You can meet that requirement either by self-insuring or we offer Tenant Protection through SafeLease.
The minimum SafeLease plan costs $12/mo. for $2,000 coverage. Additional coverage options are $17/mo. for $3,000 coverage or $27/mo. for $5,000 coverage.
Features and Amenities
How do I know how much storage space I will need?
Our units range in size from 5 x 5 mini storage units, comparable to a walk-in closet, to 10 x 30, which is similar to a large garage and big enough to fit the contents of a multi-bedroom house.

Can I change the size of my storage unit if my needs change over time?
Absolutely! We understand that your storage needs may evolve. You can easily transfer to a different unit size based on availability. Just contact our friendly staff, and they will assist you in finding a unit that better suits your requirements. We're committed to ensuring your storage experience remains convenient and flexible.
What are your office hours?
Our staff is available to assist you via phone, text or email from 08:00AM to 07:00PM on weekdays and 09:00AM to 07:00PM on weekends.
How big is a 20x20 storage unit?
A 20x20 storage unit is 400 square feet, offering enough space to store the contents of a 4-5 bedroom home. This size can accommodate large furniture, appliances, and multiple boxes, as well as vehicles like cars, trucks, or boats.
What will fit in a 10x15 storage unit?
A 10x15 storage unit provides 150 square feet of space, enough to store the contents of a 2-3 bedroom apartment, including furniture, appliances, and several boxes. It’s ideal for storing large items like couches, dining room sets, or king-size mattresses.
How many rooms does a 10x20 storage unit hold?
A 10x20 storage unit can typically hold the contents of a 3-4 bedroom home. It’s perfect for large furniture, appliances, and packed boxes from living rooms, dining rooms, and multiple bedrooms.
Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?
Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials and perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.

How do I access my storage unit?
At the time of signing, you will be given a unique gate code that will allow you access to your unit during gate operation hours.
Can I access my storage unit anytime?
Yes, our self-storage facility offers 24/7 access to your unit. We understand that flexibility is crucial, and our secure premises are equipped with state-of-the-art technology to ensure you can access your belongings whenever it suits your schedule.
